"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "The property was nice, but I was disappointed that they had no hot drinks in the family room. There was also no iron to use. When asked about iron was told that it was extra money for that at the laundry which was disappointing. Also think a spar would be good to have on site. They had a bar upstairs which you have to pay for drinks as well which no one used, which could be turned into a on site club. "

"The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall. It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City. I recommend this hotel."
