"Close proximity to lots of things. Good food, supervisor (Ohio) was super helpful with lots of needs especially when they didn't have my reservation on their system. I had to go through a lot of hassle trying to clear that. I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, and breakfast was included in my booking but they refused to give me breakfast for one week. "It wasn’t what I saw on their website I saw when I got there. The first room I was given the bathroom roof was full With mold, the air conditioner was full of dust, the bedding was stained and the manager was kind enough to get me another room. It was a little bit better than the first one but wasn’t what I was expecting I had to check out the next day to look for something nicer. The waitress lacks professionalism."

"Most of their rooms ( deluxe and standard rooms we stayed in) have a serious light changing issues, such that whenever there is a power glitch or change over, power doesn’t restore in the room automatically as it should, you’d have to keep standing up to go manually sort it out on the light key switch. Very annoying thing to do at night. Every other thing is decent, and staff are courteous and friendly. "

"I booked this hotel before my trip, but when I arrived, they had no info about my booking. Hotels.com did not pass my booking info to the hotel so the hotel didn't have anything for me. They did show me some rooms that's why I'm able to rate the hotel based on what I saw"
