OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark
internet went down - no TV and difficulty purchasing. The nice Jack Rabbit restaurant was understaffed, we just left. But the facilities are top notch, the room was great and linens soft, bed perfect. Food was decent and the water park was amazing.

I booked a suite online. And once getting in the room, it was just room with a balcony. The desk clerk said they were out of those rooms; after I chevked into the room and went back downstairs to ask. And no type of comp was offered at all, except if I wanted to move to a smaller and cheaper ...
