You should not use the pictures you are using as advertisement. I understand that the "rooms are individually decorated", but come on. My room was straight out of the 70's and not on purpose. The property is not attractive to anyone, by any means other than to be looking at the lake and VERY FEW rooms look at the lake. Bad area as well. Lyft driver didn't want to leave me, but I assured him I'd be fine that they'd check me in when I called the number. I was wrong...waited 30 min in 24 degrees and then called again. A very nice young man then arrived in a car to check me in saying the clerk was tied up with an emergency.

Looks like an older city projects building but the rooms are very nice and food was great!!! Definitely will be back!

Overall the room was fine. Had some issues with locking the front and sliding door but was quickly resolved. Bathroom sink had rust around the basin so should be changed out. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Good and bad.

Although the front desk staff was super nice, it took 45 minutes to check in, the door lock was broken and almost too difficult to use, the furniture was torn and dated. They did provide the basic house amenities, but the air conditioner was slow to cool down and only one bedroom had a ceiling fan. All things considered we wouldn’t stay here again.

It appeared safe and the people were nice. It is a little run down, but the maintenance staff appeared to be doing a walk through with management about necessary repairs and upkeep. The condo/apartment smelled a little bit like old smoker and mildew. We picked up some air freshener and fixed that pretty easily. I really liked that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. And there was a pool right outside our room which my kids loved. Plus, ice cream in the Pavilion. I do wish the meals were available at a more convenient time.

Checked out after walking in thanks Expedia for putting me in this hotel after overbooking my Hilton brand hotel and calling this hotel a comparable hotel. And it’s an apartment complex not a hotel

Ok, place. Amenities are far from apartment. Pavilion where food is was dirty and seemed more like a bar. Had an issue with the shower took a while to get fixed. Bathroom in bad shape. I dont think we will stay again

Not again

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Carpet, flooring and countertop tile were worn out. I found several pieces of black hair in the bed. Two of us had bites on our skin when we woke up the first morning.

this place worried me bc of the reviews but for the price we have it a try I was so excited they have e erything but a rice pot there neighbors were great quite new pillows the washer and dryer came in handy with all the babies we had the lake pools and gym was great kept the older kids busy I have a daughter that lives out there this is our new home away from home

Sounds too good to be true

This hotel experience is a little unbelievable. You get an entire apartment, two hot meals a day (breakfast & supper) on the weekdays, plus lots of other amenities for less than the price of a regular single hotel room. It sounds too good to be true, but we have done it twice now and we love it!

Place was rundown. They painted over dust, stains that could have been cleaned weren’t cleaned, no room cleaning, bathroom towels were yellowed and rough, and pool was OVER-chlorinated.

Recommendation is a negative!

Terrible, they made us leave because it's for sick or VA Persons only. The office personal needs to go back to business management 101 & take personality classes. Very Rude an I don't recommend this place at all.
