Great room for the value. Very limited dining menu and no one answered the phone in the morning for 4 days to order breakfast to go which they advertised. Front desk staff very kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed this hotel....very clean, well-appointed and comfortable, except for the bed. I was so bummed with the bed! It felt like there was a spring sticking out of the mattress. Other than that, it was great!

Like: conveniently located close to airport. Different Dining options nearby. Downtown is 12min drive. Friendly staff. Not like: the area surrounding the hotel is not pretty. A lot of homeless persons in the area.

The staff went out of their way to provide good service. Shuttle transportation was prompt, friendly and helpful. They even took us to a restaurant and picked us up after dinner - exemplary service. Hotel clerk allowed us to store our bags in a secure area for a few hours after our stay.

Excellent Stay

This was my first time staying at a Four Points Hotels and I was impressed. Both exterior and interior of facility, to include rooms, was modern. Hotel also has a bar and grill connected via lobby access. Our room was a single king bed room. It was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The small “living” space was nice for sitting and relaxing. Thermostat/HVAC systems for room worked well. We brought our dog for the trip and the hotel was very accommodating and had a large sized grass area to walk her. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful with information. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area. Bricktown, botanical garden, Scissortail park, and PayCom center is just a quick 10 minute drive away. I would absolutely stay again. The staff were great and the venue was nice.
