To be honest, this is probably the first hotel I have been in this location where the rules did which I understand but the customer service is awesome very friendly, very homelike atmosphere. If I stay anywhere in this area again, it will be this hotel they got a really hard workers that really try their hardest to treat everybody like family.

I booked a non smoking room, they gave me a smoking room i ask to change and gave me a room with no working lights, i ask to change the third room was so much better then the first two but couldn't find the remote for the tv overall excellent customer service for working with me
