The location was amazing, the Yui rail station and bus terminal are just right across. It’s so easy to get around to different attractions even if you’re not driving. The room was clean and in good condition, with plenty of toiletries provided. The staff were extremely polite and genuinely helpful. The valet parking service was also great. Just notify the staff shortly before you’re ready to go, and your car will already be waiting at the entrance when you arrive. Overall, a really pleasant experience.

A very enjoyable stay! My booking with Expedia was super good value. One free drink and free parking during my stay. Location of hotel is very convenient. Just few minutes walk from bus terminal and rail station and 10 minutes away from Kokusai Street. Buffet breakfast was impressive with croissants fresh from oven. I will definitely recommend friends to stay in Rihga Royal Gran Okinawa Hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect, highly convenient location with incredibly easy access from the monorail station, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive to our needs.

Bell Staff had excellent English so rental car and greetings at entrance were welcoming. Rooms were kept overly clean each day. Quiet hotel room even during a wind storm helped sleep! Amazing sunsets from the lobby and views of the city are worth the minor confusion of a lobby above guest rooms. Bedding was outstanding quality, super comfortable - had great sleep. Small reminder on guest floor elevator buttons that lobby is UP would be useful. Promote best English speaking bell staff to front desk!
