Staff was absolutely amazing! Oops were pretty nice, no microwave, super small and stiff pillows, but everything else necessary. I had peanuts in my floor and garbage under my bed. I’m sure it was a simple miss. Overall great area!

Nice hotel located in heart of Kokusai street

Located in the heart of Kokusai street. Distance to all 3 near-by mono rail stations are the same. All attractions of Kokusai street area are within 5 minutes walking distance. Room is clean and cozzy.

Disliked: Staff & service
We booked a room for 4 people & arrived & a very disrespectful check in person greeted us. He said their policy is 2 people per room & wouldn’t allow us to check in. We had to get another room. Then when we were booking the 2nd room, it was past midnight, so we couldn’t book for that night. He told us, “That’s a you problem, not a me problem”!!! He finally agreed to let all 4 of us sleep in the room that was plenty big for my family of 4. He charged us 3000 yen for the other 2. THEN, when we finally got to the room, he we only had two pillows. I returned downstairs and asked for two more pillows and he replied with “no more pillows. I told you the room is only for two people”. I said, but you charged us for the extra two people and he again said “this is a you problem not a me problem”!! He refused to give us blankets, pliilows or towels. SCAM. DON’T BOOK HERE!!! We sent this to the manager and never received a response.
