The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the main street but without any noise. It was really clean and the staff was nice. Highly recommended
Room was spotless, and the en suite had a bath, shower, and a toilet with the bidet and wash feature.
Buffet breakfast was awesome! Amazing choice, and flavour was incredible! A truly international breakfast to suit most pallets, with varied selections every day.
The staff could not do enough for anyone. Polite, courteous, friendly.
They had emergency toiletries, razors and toothbrushes to help residents tide over, until they could visit a market to arrange a supply of their own. And a communal washer drier beside reception was a great touch.
For me, this was a great experience, and great value for money.
Pros
The location is superb, at the entrance of Kokusai-dori, which is the main street of Naha.
The staff are nice and welcoming.
Cons
As the building being old, the hygiene of the room is not quite at their best.
The bathroom is small as of old design, thin walls, which is usual for Japanese hotel.
Windows don’t open and we can see the molds around the room, and we can smell a bit when we enter the room.
The worst thing about this hotel is that there is no space around the bed to place anything, even the cups cannot be placed around the bed.
The room is large enough so they could renovate for better access to things.

Staff service was really great ! And the room was really neat. I’m very satisfied. Thank you so much.
Not suitable for family trip. We had 2 adult and 1 baby but the room was quite small to fulfill 2 luggage and can’t even open both luggage at the same time. Recommended Parking lot direction is not easy to find on GPS. Parking around this area is expensive.
Location is great, near a monorail station and on kokusaidori, the staff is great, friendly and helpful, but the hotel is aging and having problems. The doorknob fell off when I went to open it to go out. Heater takes 5-7 hours to heat up and start blowing, in both rooms I had. AFter the doorknob failue, had to pack up and move to a new room at 11 pm. Turned on the heater, and when I woke up at 4:43 am freezing to use the bathroom it still hadn't started heating. Somehow I went back to sleep and some time later it finally did start blowing. 6 or 7 hours to start heating the room is just unacceptable.
I used the coin laundry, and wasted time and money on the right hand dryer which wasn't getting very warm. Switched to the left hand dryer and it heated up. Curtains were not blackout at all, just kind of a suggestion. When I checked out I looked under the bed to see if I dropped anything and was stunned to see how much piled up dust there. Breakfast good, drinking water machine in lobby good, and instead of all those different shampoos to choose from, preferred to have moisturizing lotion. Pillows were both really thick and hard and I had neckaches every morning. Wish one was thin.
