"The staff upon check in was nice but the reservation didn’t allow for the Hilton check in app (digital key) as my email indicated, so the extra time at a late night check in was inconvenient. The room itself had a smell to it as you can tell it’s “pet friendly” and the rug seemed wet (maybe they were shampooed?). The AC rattled all night and I took a quick video and showed the desk upon check out and was advised they’d “make a note”. The breakfast selection was extremely limited but wasn’t terrible, the area itself was much smaller than the Hamptons I’ve frequented. Overall the stay was average nothing spectacular. We ended up sleeping/showering and leaving early to go eat and head home. "

"Room was clean , but we notice soon as we walked in the latch for the door was broken. Because we didn’t get in till late, we just pushed the bench to help secure the door and then reported it to management the next morning which they weren't aware of it being broke ."

"The room was dirty - the floors had not been swept or mopped, all the drawers had crumbs/ debris inside. First room we were given was non - smoking but had a heavy odor of recent cigarette smoke, AND an ashtray! Couldn't make the TV work - discovered the Direct TV box was mounted BEHIND the TV. The toilet would not flush properly, and it took nearly twelve hours before someone finally got it fixed. The bed sheets and blankets were fresh but had old stains, many of which appeared to have been blood. The AC fan made the sound of a wounded moose when it cycled off. The walls were dirty, with many gouges and holes in the drywall. The only positive was the place allows pets to stay free. "
