One pillow on each bed which was small, soft and thin making an uncomfortable night - maybe we could have got more from Reception but we were on the 7th floor. 4 of 7 days elevator did not work. 2 days the washing machine did not work. We are both 70 and cannot carry 5 heavs back down stairwells. The said that they will send help. None came. Definitely Bob W. should not be on anyones travel plans.
