I wanted to share my honest experience to help future guests know what to expect. One thing to be aware of is that the property does not provide washcloths, so be sure to bring your own. The food selection was very limited and wasn't to my taste. There is no room service, and if you don't like the meal being served, there aren't alternative menu options available. Fortunately, there are several restaurants within about a 10-minute walk, so you do have other dining choices nearby. Another issue was the air conditioning. It stopped working approximately every three hours, and we had to contact the front desk multiple times to have it reset or repaired, which became very frustrating. Lastly, don't expect a traditional hot tub experience. The "hot tub" is essentially a large tub on the balcony that staff fill with hot water each day, so it feels more like taking a warm bath than relaxing in a hot tub. Overall, the property may work for travelers with modest expectations, but these were significant drawbacks that affected our stay.

We had to relocate due to no a/c, low water pressure, no jacuzzi, room smells like urine. The hotel is walking distance from the fish fry which is the only plus.

I loved that it was clean, the staff they have great customer’s service skill, the food was good. I love the fact that we can go to the sister hotel and spend the day. The only problem the time should be like maybe 12am to 6pm instead of 10:30am to 4:30pm

First time at a Boutique Hotel (smaller) but it was nice! Chose it because it was All-inclusive and Adults only and read good reviews on food. Just know the FOOD was awesome. Limited in choice but the chef, did not disappoint (breakfast, lunch, nor dinner). Very good! The staff and waiters were very attentive and nice. Air conditioning could be better but I think that is always an issue with Island locations. Bar tenders kept it flowing but it was bottom tier liquor. Rooms were nice and spacious, nice touch was hot-tub on balcony, BUT u better bring ur own face towels or wash cloths, but again a location/cultural thing probably. Hotel location is in a quiet area but nice for the Friday Night Fish Fry at Oistien's this spot is like a 2 block walk. Beach is across the street, not really swim able but a bit further down is. Overall would definitely recommend 👌

The resort is super small. No beach access. The closest beach is filled with seaweed. Only 1 small pool. 1 dining area. Bring your own washcloths. They don't supply them. They ran out of towels and gave pool towels for the rooms. 1 bar. Pool closed at 6pm. Dinner ended at 8:30pm. No vending machines or room service so after 8:30 no food. Two occupant room only 1 card key given. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be with their restricted abilities. The room was nice and well kept.

The hotel was well-maintained. Check-in was super quick and all the staff were pleasant. The food options were limited, but the food was good. Also, the rooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable. My issue with this hotel is that they had no tequila at the bar my first night. I’m a margarita girl, so that was a bummer. Another issue was that they didn’t have wash cloths. We had to use hand towels to wash with. And even when we requested more hand towels, we were told that there were no more. Lastly, our last day there the WiFi wasn’t working. It was a decent hotel, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

For starters upon arrival we quickly noticed this hotel is in a poverty stricken area. Not gated open to the public. The staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all almost as if you were bothering them asking for something. Theirs no a/c in the common areas they had the windows open. It’s not really all inclusive they have set times for food and absolutely nothing in between. Dinner ends at 8:30 so you will practically be hungry until breakfast the following morning if you’re not prepared. The bar is horrible all bottom shelf liquors the refrigerators don’t work. Now on to the room the a/c also doesn’t work in the rooms. It was bugs in our bed. We had to be moved to a different room that had the same issue the bed was infested with ants. The hotel doesn’t provide wash cloths literally not one! The view is an eye sore. The beach is public and the water is brown from so much seaweed and it reeks of sewerage. The photos online are totally deceiving. Nothing about this property is worth the money that was spent. Literally the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend to do your research and book elsewhere especially if your traveling.

Currently awaiting a refund on our second night as there was no air conditioning in our room and we had to book another hotel. Tub was dirty as well and couldn’t be used comfortably. We wanted to love it but definitely do not recommend this hotel at all. Hopefully we get confirmation on the refund soon. Day staff was great, night staff was okay.

This is a new hotel I was told, however the reception experience when I arrived at 12noon was not great...check in was at 3pm and there was no one at the front desk, so my bags remained in the open area behind the desk for the 3 hours. There were two small crawling insects in my room, one on the comforter, the other in the closet, fortunately I caught them before either got into my bag... I had booked this hotel because it said on the beach....it is not, it is across the road (watch out for the cars) and a 5min walk down to the beach.... I am not sure if the beach chairs and umbrellas were for this hotel, so I used a rock to lay my items. The buffet for Breakfast and lunch was good, more than ample and the bartenders were very attentive. A 15 min commute to the airport - around $25 USD, which was good for my short stay. Overall, a pretty average stay, not sure I would choose it again, when I book on the beach, I want to be able to walk from my room down to the beach without a main road in between.

It was a lovely, quiet adult hotel on the south coast. The only thing that was loud was the ocean waves. Sitting in our own personal hot tub on our porch and looking out at the sea was so peaceful. The food was great with a menu from a different part of the world each night. The sargassum seaweed is unfortunately on the south and east coast of the island. This is no fault of the resort and an issue across the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico and tropical Atlantic. If you want to go to the beach just sign up for a free shuttle to go to the sister Accra resort further up the coast for the day.

The hotel was a underwhelming. No AC in the lobby or dining room, made it uncomfortable during meals. Food selection was terrible. Everything was deep fried from breakfast to dinners and everything in-between. Most of the staff in the dining room were too busy socializing with each other than to pay any attention to the guests walking in and some staff seemed bothered when you requested something of them. A better job should be done training staff to be more customer centric.
