I wanted to share my honest experience to help future guests know what to expect.
One thing to be aware of is that the property does not provide washcloths, so be sure to bring your own. The food selection was very limited and wasn't to my taste. There is no room service, and if you don't like the meal being served, there aren't alternative menu options available. Fortunately, there are several restaurants within about a 10-minute walk, so you do have other dining choices nearby.
Another issue was the air conditioning. It stopped working approximately every three hours, and we had to contact the front desk multiple times to have it reset or repaired, which became very frustrating.
Lastly, don't expect a traditional hot tub experience. The "hot tub" is essentially a large tub on the balcony that staff fill with hot water each day, so it feels more like taking a warm bath than relaxing in a hot tub.
Overall, the property may work for travelers with modest expectations, but these were significant drawbacks that affected our stay.
