The room looked exactly like the pictures. However, there were hair in the shower, spiderwebs throughout the bedroom, mold in the bathroom and the hot water tap was leaking and super difficult to close/open. Staff were very friendly though.

The light in the room is not that bright. Take too much time to find the reception to check in！Quite close to the ski area and the room is clean.

Terrible stay

The reservation couldn't be found. So check in took a long time. It took a while to find the place, firstly. By the time we finally got to our room, the door next to our room kept slamming in the wind. I had to prop it open with a table so it wouldn't keep us awake. The other stayers were noisey. Noone told me where the kitchen was, I had to ring reception. And they didn't know. By the time we found it, we were so tired. Ended up eating some chips and going to sleep. Made the reservation through this app at 5:30pm. By the time we found the place and got checked in, it was 8pm. Got in the bed and felt like i was getting bitten straight away. Ended up with itchy bites all around my ankles. Left in the morning not having had dinner, breakfast or a shower :( Not a great stay at all. Not happy Will not be back
