"Slept very well, the bedding was comfortable. Took a bath with relaxing bath and shampoo was good but water didn't stay in tub had to keep adding hot water. Heated pool was having repairs being done and it was a hot weekend the reason we picked this place to stay was the heated pool. The site didn't say that it was closed i asked for a discount but they said no. There was not much to do there besides the hot crowded beach water was too cold to go in. We wanted to be able to relax by the pool was very disappointed."

"We had such a wonderful stay here. We were grateful for the breakfast daily before we were on our way for the day. The property is extremely clean, peaceful, and well cared for. The owners clearly take pride in maintaining the grounds, and it shows everywhere. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The playground was a big blessing, our youngest had such a fun time playing there, and the pool was also super clean and enjoyable. The staff has been incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. Everyone made us feel cared for, and truly, we really wish we could stay longer. Our whole family enjoyed our time here, and we are already looking forward to staying here again. Highly recommend for anyone!"

"The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, including the bed. The staff at reception were amazing, very friendly, helpful and welcoming.parking was easy and accessible. The dining area was amazing. Unfortunately, breakfast was underwhelming. We understood that it was a continental breakfast but this was not great. Prepackaged muffins and danish, boxed juices… coffee was good. We ate out s few miles away, place specializes in Benedicts, worth the five miles drive! Lack luster would not keep me from going back."

"Spent our 25 Anniversary here. The location is absolutely beautiful, sitting directly on the top of a 100 foot tall cliff. The views from the main lobby, pool, restaurant & room were all incredible. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Dinner at the Tiller was delicious. The Bald head Coffee shop has great breakfast. The pool area is well maintained with chairs, umbrellas, views and sounds of the crashing waves. Inside, the rooms are nicely designed with perfect furnishings. Be sure to take the time to roam the property and take in all the little areas. Highly recommend. The price is high but the experience worth it."
