"Staff was helpful on site, but we had a lot of difficulty with making our reservation when we needed to change the date. The Reservations company they use was much less than helpful, and a direct call to the motel received no reply until just before we arrived. Otherwise it went smoothly once we were there. Coffee was a little disappointing."

"Our experience was great! Lovely place, helpful and courteous staff, and immaculate! The breakfast at Raspberries- their onsite restaurant was excellent too. Just be aware that the restaurant and bar was not open beyond breakfast due to staffing issues, but there are plenty of great restaurants in the area."

"Ocean sands has been recently renovated so it’s very clean & nicely appointed. Ronin at the front desk was so nice & helpful during our stay! It’s just steps to Long sands & has a nice new market with coffee & good selection of other items. Would definitely recommend & will stay here again!"

"Overall, my wife and I had a GREAT stay! Staff was helpful when we needed something. The area around the motel and in the room was very well maintainced and clean! Felt recently renovated and kind of like a hotel in the room with it feeling newer, although we knew we were at a motel. In Wells, but 5 minutes up the road from everything (Beaches, restos and shops). Would definitely recommend a stay here. Next time we're going to look into the little cottage style houses/rooms they have on the property as well. :)"
