"We received a very warm welcome from Imogene at the desk upon our arrival. As we discussed housekeeping arrangements, we were extremely pleased that she scheduled for us to receive service daily! After spending some time in our room, we were having difficulty controlling the room temperature. We brought our concern to the person working the night desk, who promptly visited the room. When that did not correct the situation, she referred the matter to another employee who happily resolved the issue! Juniper Hills’ grounds/landscaping are absolutely gorgeous and maintained! The same is true about the outdoor pool area. The tub in our room was sparkling and the towels provided are a step above the norm. The location is ideal, being in walking distance to the main village, beautiful Ogunquit Beach, and the magnificent Marginal Way! This was our third consecutive stay at Juniper Hill, and it will continue to be our “go to” place to stay in the Ogunquit area based on our excellent experiences there!"

I honestly was afraid to see what the room looked like, BUT to my surprise room was great! Don’t judge a book by its cover. The staff was also great!"
