Non-existing hotel. I lost 85% of what I paid. Hotels.com says the reimbursement of the 15% of what I paid is the best they can do.

いわゆるラブホテルです。泊るだけなら問題なかったのですが、エアコンが壊れていて、うるさい、冷却機能がなく暑く寝れなかった。
