"We stayed one night in the Royal Suite with its own hotspring bathtub in the room. Didn’t realize it at the time of booking but it comes with the best dining seating location which gives the best view of the lush and tranquil garden, free private hot springs downstairs, and a huge suite room. "法事がてら吉野ヶ里遺跡に行こうと思い、ここの宿にしました。ビジネスホテル代わりに良いです。目の前に駐車スペースがあるので車との行き来も楽です。真ん中くらいの部屋でしたが、道路からの騒音を感じませんでした。清潔です。熟睡できました。自分のカードキーの当て位置が悪くて、スタッフさんに聞きに行ったら、わざわざドアの所まで一緒に来てくれて、ここに当てて下さいと教えてくれました。かんじの良い外国人のスタッフさんでした。私のプランでは１泊ごとに冷凍弁当の引換券が１枚付いてました。部屋のレンジで温めなおせば普通においしい弁当です。隣がコンビニだし、コメリも近かった気がします。不満点はありません。こういったコンテナホテルが日本各地にもっとあると便利ですね。"

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "Old fashioned Japanese hotel, but clean environment. Free coffee on arrival and light breakfast was offered. Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling. Otherwise lovely hotel with friendly staff"

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good.
