"I recently stayed at the Team Guard Hotel in Oran, Algeria, and I had a mostly positive experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. However, there was one staff member at the reception desk who was not as friendly or helpful as the others. He was arrogant and dismissive, and he did not make me feel welcome. "We really don’t recommend staying here. Check in took nearly an hour because no one could find the front desk staff. The air conditioning made the room damp and sticky, and there was mold growing on the walls. Most of the room was in disrepair. "

"excellent hotel! the manager was super accommodating. he sent someone to get us after we got rocks thrown at us at a restaurant (this is not how algeria is don’t worry). he also arranged for us to stay a little longer since our flight was so late. very great and helpful staff. clean rooms."

"Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable "

"We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!"

"The Hotel Zenith was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. As a USA citizen who has travelled a lot I give this hotel a 10/10. The staff are very friendly and the service level is excellent. Muhammad and Kareem are very professional and their service was awesome! The dining experience was also amazing. The breakfast was delicious and we had many choices. There was also a chef available to make custom egg omelet's. We also dined in at their restaurant for dinner twice and their chef made every meal we had there with perfection. "

"I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking considerate and accommodating service"

"Correcte en general. L’un des réceptionniste n’était pas honnête (traitement bel wjouh we les apparences). Une suite ROYAL avec un mobiliers qui a besoin BEAUCOUP d’amour et de rénovation en urgence vue le prix. Très belle vue sur Oran. Personnel de la sécurité très aimables. Je valide les anciens commentaires moi qui voulais voir de mes propre yeux. Pas certain de revenir"
