"Big quiet room. Great bed. Close to all shops in Oerlinghausen. Parking not to easy. You have to walk up stairs from the 24 hour parking area. Everything close to the hotel is only 2 hour parking enforced by police. Bathroom was not very clean - especially the shower. Restaurant only open from Thursday to Sunday. So we had to find other restaurants for Tuesday and Wednesday. Very friendly owners/staff!"

"We were staying one night, breaking up a journey from Potsdam to Calais. The hotel was excellent for our needs, spacious bedroom, great bathroom and the breakfast was the best we experienced in 9 days in Germany and Belgium. My only word of caution is that the hotel whilst ideally placed for anyone travelling by train, it is about a 10/15 minute walk from the desirable part or Bielefeld. In fact the approach to the hotel was typified by run down shops and what appeared to be experiencing hard times. That said we would seek out Steinberger hotels if we are travelling in Germany again"
