Disliked: Staff & service

Nicht zufriedenstellend

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Chefin unfreundlich begrüsst. Dann mussten wir 10 Minuten warten bis der Chef vom Einkauf zurück war. Er schob uns einen Zettel hin, wo ich meinen Namen hinschreiben musste. Das Zimmer war ok. Unser Seminarleiter hatte Gebäck für auf die Tische bestellt. Es gab total trockene Biscuits. Um 12.30 sollten wir essen können, dies war so abgemacht. Es wurde dann gut 13.00 Uhr bis alles bereit war. Das Essen war aber dann sehr lecker. Da ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte, wollte ich auf der sonnigen Terrasse einen Kaffee geniessen. Im Restaurant sass ein Herr in Trainerhosen und sagte mir, dass ich keinen Kaffee erhalten kann. Er hat mir dann aber die Türe zur Terrasse geöffnet.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, der Fußboden im Zimmer und im Bad hat sehr geklebt, auf Anfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß zum Reinigen ein falsches Putzmittel gewählt wurde. Man konnte ohne Schuhe nicht durchs Zimmer laufen, geschweige denn am Morgen duschen... Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, man musste sich allerdings ein Tisch mit einer sauberen Tischdecke aussuchen.
