"L’hébergement était excellent. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Le seul hic serait le Shuttle. Gratuit de l’aéroport à l’hôtel mais 5 euros pour le retour… Ça pourrait être inclus dans le prix. Le déjeuner compris aurait été apprécié. Très difficile d’accéder à Internet de l’hôtel…beaucoup d’informations personnelles Étaient demandées. ( adresse, courriel, numéro de téléphone)"

"Hotel was very convenient as it was inside the Amsterdam airport. Signage in the airport was clear and easy to find the hotel. The check in agent was very friendly and professional and the room exceeded our expectations."

"The hotel amenities, comfort and staff were all excellent. The only exception: while using the shower the water temperature would fluctuate from cold to hot, making it very uncomfortable. There should be a valve to control this issue. We booked a family room for the spaciousness and in the family room above us there were children running back and forth. I would keep that in mind if you book this type of room if you want a quieter space. Overall a good stay."

"Heating was off and the room heater off which was a big problem for me. September is cold especially after a shower. Not worth the money because of this. Staff are lovely the bus shuttle is handy but no heating in mid september is mean. Staff gave me another blanket but that’s not how to fix getting out into a cold room from a shower"
