"Staffs were very nice & helpful (especially Allen &Georgena)
Continental breakfast was good.
Room was good especially if you travel as family
The hotel location was quiet & convenient -17mins walk to the sanctuary & 5 mins or less walk to the airport shuttle bus stop"
"Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful.
The building is modern and well decorated.
It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.
The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro.
That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!"
"The bed was really comfy with lovely crisp white bedding and I had lovely views of the snow capped Pyrenees at the rear of the hotel.
The staff were very welcoming and willingly assisted with any reasonable requests.
The breakfast was excellent quality and well presented.
Thanks for looking after me "
