When you ring the doorbell he comes to meet you from an adjacent property to check you in and give you your keys. "Realizo una reserva en Hotels.com que por problemas informáticos aparece dos veces;y al llegar al Hotel me dicen que no tienen el cobro y me piden la tarjeta de crédito. Reclamo a hotels.com por la doble y me dicen que el Hotel no contesta, también reclamo el pago al Hotel y dicen hacer un reingreso que nunca llegó ....Así que hoy procedí a la reclamacíón por via oficial y a la finalización con Hotels.com que es Expedia y con la cual tenía relación por más de 10 años....pasando a la competencia...
