There is also a lot of noise from outside that you can hear through the night because it’s a popular area. Besides those two things, it was a perfect place for an overnight stay. "I liked that it was close enough to the downtown part of Lagos. I didn't care for the cottage much. We booked it since the rate was good and it had a stove. Turns out, the stove didn't really work. It had one weak burner you couldn't do much with. We contacted the management company and there was zero response. We finally figured out a way to make another burner work, but it's a vacation and I shouldn't have to play detective. The set up of the cottage was also very strange. Two really...

"Really underpriced apartment! Was so cheap for what it was. We were so pleased. They even dropped us off a big bag of breakfast cobs, cereal, milk and drinks in the morning. Definitely recommend and its in a good location. Only complain I have is they need a fan or air con as it was quite hot. But the balcony door let some breeze in during the night thankfully."
