"It is an older hotel so one has to understand that comes with certain factors, but what was inexcusable was when I opened the door to my room in smelled like someone was smoking pot in their & it was a non-smoking room. Worse yet, I took off my flip flops and walked around the room to put my things away & my feet turned black from the dirty carpet! The bathroom was good enough with my only complaint that they gave you just enough toiletries for 1 shower. The staff was as friendly and helpful as...

"So much stuff broken in the room. Chair at the desk, window blinds, the iron. Front desk was quick to replace the iron when asked but the window blinds and chair it would be obvious to any hotel staff member in the room that they were broken. Beds meh, not very comfortable but not horrible.
