"This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. Breakfast was by far the worst part: almost no options, the food was cold, and completely inedible. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. I would not recommend...

"I stayed for the first time in this place after many years coming to Odessa and i was really pleased to find this place which is really great located modern 2 great bathrooms jacuzzi etc.. The staff is really welcoming always available to help you in any request. There is a spa as well where you can get amazing massage then it's really next door to all the restaurants and activities of Arcadia Definitely recommend this and be back for sure Thank you Sun city )"
