"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, and there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The host was unresponsive before our arrival and throughout our stay, only getting back to us after we had already checked out, despite our attempts to make contact. There were no basic essentials provided, such as toilet paper. The bathroom door lock was also broken, meaning we had to use the toilet and shower without being able to lock the door, which was uncomfortable . The Wi-Fi was...

Top Oddingley Hotel Reviews

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham

10/10 Excellent

"The room was perfect had everything that you needed.very clean, the bed was so comfy. All in all I would stay there again"

The Swans Nest Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This is a beautiful hotel and in a great place as it's not in the noisy centre but only a 5 minute walk to the centre. Unfortunately when we stayed there there was a power cut in the early hours, not the hotels fault, this meant that we had to be moved to a different hotel. The staff did everything they could but we were put in a town centre hotel that, all though a beautiful place, was not to our liking. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if in the area and I have recommended to friends di"

Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street

8/10 Good

"The staff are very friendly and as always very helpful. Check in was quick and breakfast was lovely. Bed was very comfy and room was great again. They need to sort out lift from carparks and at busy times, checkout, breakfast ypu can wait a good 5 minutes or longer for a lift."

The Regency Hotel Solihull

10/10 Excellent

"A lovely place to stay and the room was clean and modern. The carpets smelt new throughout so assume it’s recently been refurbished. The only downside was that on the night I stayed there was no food served in the bar so the only food option was the relatively expensive restaurant on site. What didn’t help was the lady on reception knew nothing about the food options nor the restaurant serving times so instead said I needed to go and speak to the restaurant myself. It’s a nice place to stay but I think the reception staff need a little more training."
