"Lovely quiet room. Spotlessly clean. Huge shower and nice toiletries provided. Great location close to airport terminal 2. Lovely friendly & helpful staff when checking in and out. Made a nice end to our holiday."

"a really nice hotel with lots of history, our room was clean, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was great, close to the centre, the theatre and the parks so excellent location. Only downside was the hotel lists free parking - yes there is as long as you are parked away from the hotel but only £6 for a permit for the day to park outside the hotel - perhaps this needs mentioning?"

"The spa and pool was love, we realkt enjoyed it, but we had no kettle in our room we walked to reception and asked for one, I offered to collect it and take it back but they saud no a member of staff will bring it , we never received it, so couldn't have any drinks in our room, room was clean but dated , but on the whole we enjoyed it, breakfast was great"
