"We arrived in the evening, three hours after the hotel said we could check in. Most awkward check in ever. Took forever as the desk person couldn't figure out our rooms. When we got to our rooms they were occupied by cleaning staff who were just sitting in the room talking, not cleaning or doing anything. We had to wait for them to leave to use the room. The lamps did not work until we moved them to different outlets. There was also a thick layer of dust on the headboard of our bed. Breakfast was good. The room was quiet. Pool appeared to be in good condition. Checkout was nice and easy. Room rate was low so even with all these problems we still give it a 3 star."

"Pool was very small and freezing cold. Online says there is a hot tub, there is not. Outside area is dark so unable to use at night. No ice machine on level 3. Expensive for what you get."

"We had an issue when getting into our room. The front desk handled it immediately and even gave us free breakfast the next morning. All staff was very friendly! We went to dinner that night and the staff again was very friendly but the food was NOT good. We ordered a "smash" burger... it was just a regular and very clearly frozen patty. No seasoning. It was missing the onions too. No flavor and impossible to eat. Everything else was just okay. Nothing to rave about. The next morning we went down for our complimentary breakfast. It was not good. Bacon tasted like it was cooked last week, ham was dry. Eggs were flavorless. I could not imagine paying $15 per person for that breakfast. We have had complimentary breakfast at other hotels that were way better. Everything at this hotel was great except the food. It was such a let down honestly "
