"Beautiful property, I had always noticed it in the past when I went by. Super comfy, spacious, beautiful room with a view of the canal. So we slept & rested well which was our goal & so close to the airport for our flight! Concerns: 1) Was shocked to find no coffee in the room or lobby. Had never seen this in a hotel. However upon checkout saw an employee & guests in the store corner. I asked my attendee,”Are they getting coffee? Is there a machine around there?” I had no idea plus would have expected a charge in the store area. My checkout lady said,”That’s what everyone says. I guess we should put up a sign.” Duhhh…; 2) Breakfast was so-so, not as good as most other hotels. Waffle machine was broken. Few choices. Watery juice with ice in it. Yuck. Only 1 choice of fruit.; 3) The sauna by the pool was broken & out of service.; 4) Took me forever & 3 visits to the lobby to figure out the TV remote only worked when pointed at the box beside the TV. But Lou came, very sweet & saved the day!"
