"Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. Sadly no vegetarian food at the restaurant last night either so, have left hungry… but it was a really nice hotel. If you’re not bothered about food, it’s definitely worth the stay!"

"It is quirky and has an interesting history. Great food and lovely staff/owners"

"Absolutely special and wonderful place to stay for Camino walkers. I did two nights here as a rest stop and it is a very nice place!"

"Pleasant stay very quirky"

"A lovely hotel - rooms are very spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and the restaurant serves a very nice dinner menu."

"El hotel está genial y todos los detalles muy cuidados, todo nuevo y el trato sencillamente extraordinario. Sin duda repetiremos"

"An experience unlike any other!"

"Nice hotel"

"Excellent breakfast, staff at breakfast very friendly"

"Everything was amazing. Lovely place, awesome service. We loved it"

"Tranquil setting on the river"

"A self check- in property, which is fine. Clean - one towel was a little dirty, if I’m being picky. Couldn’t access the parking which was annoying although on street parking was available when we arrived. Easy walk into old Haro, which has charm. Very good value, so overall pleased."

"Staff was amazing - early check in, help with transportation and just very hospitable. Best location and breakfast was good. Make a reservation for dinner if interested - they go fast."

"The property is near wonderful restaurants. The reception is not 24hrs, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The property is older, but clean and safe."

"Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was super friendly, the hotel’s architecture was beautiful, and the food was great. The hotel itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including good wine to enjoy. The location is also great for exploring La Rioja, with plenty of wineries and charming little towns less than an hour away by car. If you have a rental car, it’s a perfect base for discovering the area. Would definitely recommend it!"

"Great breakfast, great location, easy parking. Takes a second to find it the first time, but easy after."

"Very nice hotel at the price. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. The bathroom floor was dirty which we discovered cleaning a slow leak from the sink. The parking was full when we arrived from dinner due to a private party on the property. The front desk staff was accommodating offering me a spot in the no parking area. Would recommend for a value stay in the Rioja area."

"Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Quick walk to many wineries and restaurants. Great place to stay."
