"Wonderful location for a large family gathering. The rental was in great shape and we loved having the 2 units and large lofts for our family Christmas. The beach view from the balcony is slightly obstructed by the not so beautiful toy rentals right in front of the house. It really didn’t bother us and it was worth it to be right in front of the beach and drive in access. Staff responded promptly with any concerns and check in/out was a breeze. Would rent again. "Understand the property is a historical site built in 1917, however the property is great need of TCL. Upon entering you get an awful musty smell and the same smell throughout the entire property. I stayed in room 136 which was awful, dirty and scoffed doors and walls. Cracked window in the bathroom. The bed frame is on rollers, very uncomfortable mattress and the worst b pillows ever. I would definitely, absolutely not recommend this place."
