"Rooms are super tight and small bathroom has no space to shower its very small and cramped. Very out dated and other visitors had no respect and slammed doors all hours of the night when staff was told i was told to find out what room it was slamming doors. I did not sit in the hallway to watch to know thats not my job i dont work there. They only have 2 towels in the room for 2 people on a 3 day stay no one offered to clean or replace anything i was only there to sleep and couldnt do that. I have no opinion on breakfast as i was gone before it was served and the pool was empty due to season. I do not recommend this hotel no matter how little you will be there. Room was dirty and gross i had to wipe everything down myself and use febreeze to make it smell better. "

"The elevator was broken. We were on the 3rd floor. The doors to the stairs slammed all night with people coming in and out. It was impossible to sleep. The trash picks up at 4am and is so loud. "

"The beds were comfortable. Room overall was clean but there was a lot of trash and candy wrappers behind the nightstand on the floor (saw this when we moved the nightstand to plug something in) and there was some trash on the floor behind the toilet. We went to use the hot tub and the water was not hot. We reported and was told maintenance would fix it but they were not there. Also, reported lose faucet on bathroom sink after day 1 of our 4 night stay and was told again maintenance would fix it and they never did. There is a sign on the mirror that say no room service unless requested however for long stays the room would be serviced after night 3. On the morning after night 3 we told the front desk we only needed clean towels and trash to be emptied. She told us we would need to bring the towels to the desk to be exchanged for clean ones. We are not high maintenance but it seemed like every time we told the front desk about something, nobody offered to help. The only friendly person we really met was the attendant the night we checked in and the gentlemen that tended the breakfast area in the mornings. Also, one of the sprinklers in the ceiling must have had an opening in the ceiling around it and the opening was filled with toilet paper that was hanging down. Not sure we will stay at this property for future visits. "
