When you enter the building, you are surrounded by warm rich woods, stained glass, and Edison bulbs that cast a low amber light. The Historic Queen room I stayed in was delightfully minimal, but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room opens up to a private balcony with a little bistro table. I recommend sleeping with the window open to feel the beach air and listen to the ocean."
