We have stayed with the Dunes for many years in one building or another. Never had a complaint. This year was last minute so only availability was thier court property. It has a great classic resort motel feel and budget friendly. Staff are excellent as always, property is clean, and perfect location for us. Only issue we had was our air conditioner apparently had been having issues. The room was terribly damp because of this. We waited until our last night to call the desk because it got unbearable. Even at 11pm they sent a maintenance man directly up. He tried to get us a different room, but they were all full. He apologized numerous times and had to put a window unit in our room which took him only minutes. Partly our fault because we could have called our first night. Other than that, we like all of thier properties. The suites building being our favorite go to.

Front desk was friendly. You would love this motel If you don’t mind being waken up by your neighbors (next door and upstairs). Walls are paper thin.
