The staff was not friendly at all. It felt like a big inconvenience for them to help you with anything so we really tried to not ask for much bc they was rude. The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
We loved everything about this place! Totally upscale with down to earth staff who were ready to help with anything. We enjoyed walking to a restaurant close by and then did some shopping - all on foot! A total 10/10!

I'm not happy with this stay. I had to wait about 20 minutes just to get the door code, which was frustrating because I was in hurry. Also, there were hidden property damage fees. Overall, not a good experience
