the quality of the hotel is fantastic. the food is excellent. the rooms have a magnificent view. the gym is incredible and the tranquility of the place too! there is a small discotheque in the evening with good music and a bar, very clever because the hotel is quite isolated. in short we really appreciated the place and all the staff very kind and welcoming! we will definitely come back!!

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, vor allem dank des super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personals. Der Service war durchweg hervorragend – man wurde stets herzlich empfangen und gut betreut, was definitiv zum Wohlfühlfaktor beigetragen hat. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: Es war wirklich ausgezeichnet – sehr lecker, frisch und mit einer großen Auswahl. Genau so wünscht man sich den Start in den Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber und in Ordnung, wenn auch kein besonderes Highlight. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mir ein etwas moderneres oder gemütlicheres Ambiente gewünscht, aber sie waren dennoch völlig okay für ein paar Tage Erholung. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war für mich die Parksituation: Die Tiefgarage kostet 12 € pro Tag, was ich etwas hoch finde. Wer sich die Gebühr sparen möchte, muss auf der Straße parken – dort ist es allerdings sehr schwierig, einen freien Platz zu finden. Auch der Weg zum Spa-Bereich ist nicht ganz optimal gelöst. Man muss außen entlang gehen, was bei Regen natürlich unpraktisch ist. Der Spa selbst ist gepflegt, aber eher klein – es gibt nur eine Sauna und ein Dampfbad. Das Schwimmbad bietet jedoch mehr Vielfalt. Das Fitnessstudio ist jedoch sehr modern & wirklich top ausgestattet mit herrlichem Bergpanorama. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Der Empfang war sehr kurz und alles andere als 5*. Uns wurde ein Zettel in die Hand gedrückt mit den Worten „hier steht alles drauf. Das war ein bescheidener Empfang. Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer. Die Landhäuser sind aus den 80er Jahren und die ganzen Aussenanlagen wirkt jetzt nicht sonderlich luxuriös. Der Spielplatz könnte mal ein Update erhalten. Hier grüssen auch die 80er Jahre. Das Restaurant und das Essen waren sehr gut und auch gemütlich. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr grosse Auswahl, wirklich top!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Zimmer war kalt, Duschtüre konnte nicht zugemacht werden, darum Badetuch davor. Teppich im ganzem Zimmet was für mich unhygienisch ist. Versuche nächstes mal wieder im Haupthaus eon Zimmer zu bekommen. Service super vom welcome zum essen bis zur verabschiedung AAA Service , danke allen Angestellten. Auch das Essen von Frühstück und Abendessen top trotz Büffet frisch und dehr gut gewesen.

Sehr netter Aufenthalt mit einem kleinen Abstrich

Das Hotel ist fussläufig etwa zehn Minuten vom Bahnhof Oberstaufen entfernt, also etwas abgelegen. Das Angebot ist unschlagbar: toller Wellnessbereich, super Fitnessraum und ein vielfältiges Aktivangebot, das im Preis inkludiert ist. Zwei Dinge, die mich etwas gestört haben: Gerne hätte ich einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gehabt; super wäre auch eine Kaffeemaschine gewesen. Und: Das Hotelrestaurant schreibt überall, dass es fast ausschliesslich mit regionalen Zutaten koche. Aber täglich gab es - im Februar - Melonen und Tomaten und weiterer Schnickschnack, der wohl eingeflogen wurde.

Herzlichen Dank für das schöne Wochenende in der Allgäu Sonne. Unsere Suite 319 war hervorrangend im zeitliosen und sehr geschmackvollen Design, ein Hammer riesiger Balkon, tolle Ausstattung, Mega Bad, alles wirlich Spitzenklasse und ohne das Messing-Tam-Tam vergleichbarer Hotelburgen im Allgäu oder im Schwarzwald. Sehr gediegene Materialien, sehr wertige und enorm geschmackvolle Ausstattung auch im Restaurant und im Foyer. Pool-Bereich ist ein Gedicht und vom Design ein wirklicher Leckerbissen. Schlichte Eleganz, hohe Qualität, sollte Raumverhältnisse - einfach zum verlieben. Tipp: morgens in der Früh ist der Berich fast leer und grandios beleuchtet von der Sonne die über die Berge kommt. Herrlicher Blick in die verschneite Landschaft nach draußen. Der Service Abends in der Bar hatte einen Hänger und Kuinarik im Restaurant hätte noch ein bisschen Potenzial nach oben. Alles guuut! wir kommen wieder. Danke für das wunderschöne Erlebnis in Ihrem Hotel!

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel der Oberklasse. Das Zimmer war ruhig aber es könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür ist die Aussicht bei den Vorderen Zimmern wunderschön Ich finde das Prädikat 5 Sterne Hotel etwas nach den Sternen gegriffen. Das Frühstück Bbuffet ist 1st Class Es war ein insgesammt ein guter Aufenhalt.
