"Gorgeous and clean hotel, very close to the amazing Europa Park. We stayed in one of their bungalows, which was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning was amazing, which was very welcomed in the 35 degree heatwave. Staff were very friendly and always super helpful."

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. ..."
