"The room need a renovation but it was clean. The service is ok. Much better at their restaurant. The check in is very bad organised and the staff is unfriendly. We arrived after a 8hour car drive with kids, they did not even offer a glass of water and there is no check in point or space really. There was some misunderstanding by their side on the payment upon check out, it took us 30 minutes to solve. Honestly, I was quite disappointed by their unfriendliness overall. "Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent service. Easily accessible also by public transport: bus stops are next to the hotel and a distance to the nearest railwaystation les than 500 m. "
"The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.The room was an OK size. The bathroom was a bit small but with the sink being in a separate area there was good space. The hotel is right on the doorstep of the Abbey District and other attractions are a short walk away. There is also good public transport connections nearby if you're looking to travel out further. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel."

"Great hotel right next to train station and central bus terminal. Check in was easy the front desk clerks were very helpful. Very clean rooms and guest areas. You get a voucher for a drink if you don't require servicing the room at that day. Also great bar what is open Monday through Saturday staffed with amazing employees. "

"Lake Constance is a wonderful area for vacations. The Plaza Hotel in Friedrichshafen is located a bit outside of downtown. Its a hotel with breakfast only. No restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit of a challenge at times, more cars than spaces. Breakfast buffet was excellent every day. The service was pleasant/friendly. "
