"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

"Standard 4* hotel - clean, super friendly staff and reasonably quiet despite being in the middle of the town. Biggest drawback is lack of on-site parking which other reviewers have also referred to. We were actually moved to the Colombier - the sister hotel accros the road and the team and staff did their best to make the small room as comfortable as possible for the three of us. "Once parked it was easy to find the hotel, which is above a bar/restaurant. Excellent location right in the centre. They couldn't find our booking at first which was a bit worrying. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast tasty and good quality."

"As this is an historic hotel situated in the middle of the town it provides a convenient and comfortable place to explore Obernai. If you need on site parking book early as spaces are limited. "

"It was a cheap place to sleep, and that’s about it. It is hard to describe just how tiny this room is. My college dorm was twice the size. The bathroom shower was difficult to close and let water go everywhere and we only had two towels for three people. The breakfast was ok, not great. Two of the three rooms we booked were clean but the third had been smoked in very recently and smelled bad. "
