"The hotel was empty and for the price very nice. The people having it was so friendly, and we had the best pommes of our trip. They were amazing. Very nice spot to have as start point for the very nice area. Do take the old train from Drei Annan hoche - we loved it"

"The stay was great. The building is very big and beautiful. Breakfast was also very nice and location is very convenient. Room was big and in a good state.
Topics for improvement: WiFi was not working in parts of the hotel. There were a lot of dogs and some guests let the dogs run without a leash, which is against hotel rules. More signs and reminder to each guest with a dog during checkin would be helpful."

"Really great spa and pool, room, and food. Some important details: no spa admission after 8 pm, it reopens at 10 in the morning. Restaurant kitchen closes after 8 pm too, but they still serve drinks and charcuterie. Some staff spoke English and it was helpful because the receptionist did not. Also the credit card machine at the reception wouldn't process Hotels.com charges in dollars (but the restaurant's card reader can do it)"
