A lovely guesthouse in a great location. Walking distance to the centre of town
The room had a little fridge which was great
A light breakfast was included
Could not have loved this accommodation more. Beautifully kept property that was as so comfortable and quiet. Room as spacious and lovely. Booked at the last minute and this has been our favourite so far! Loved it.
Corriemar Guest House is ideally located just a short walk from the centre of Oban, making it a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the town and surrounding area. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-kept—everything you need for a relaxing stay. Parking is available on the premises or on the road directly outside of the property. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Oban.
Great place to stay, lovely room with amazing view. Would suggest leaving instructions for the heat and water for the shower; we figured it out but it was an adventure.
Gorgeous, clean, comfortable, convenient. Also the host is very nice and in-room fast-made porridge with coffee, tee, cookies and bisquites are a very convenient breakfast option for an early departing day trip. Don't forget to check out the beautiful guest room

The lady who came to the door to offer help was great. The room was quiet and comfortable. However, one of the towels was mildewed, and the window had a unique closing mechanism which required tinkering to make it function. Overall, i would say "adequate ".
Small room but had everything in it. Nice touch to have tea and coffee and soft drinks in room . Linens new and beds very comfy . My only concern is that the internet did not work at any time during our stay . No staff in house to contact. Also it would have been nice to have some shampoo and conditioner and lotion available. Otherwise a very nice property to stay .
Enjoyable stay - easy check in and very comfortable and clean room with delightful en suite bathroom. Excellent location on Oban sea front with potential for spectacular sunsets across the harbour and lots of wildlife on the door step. Only a short walk into Oban for restaurants and transport links.
Beautiful historic home, easy check in, small parking area on site, comfy beds; I would’ve preferred one big bed but settled for twins. No views from the room and light comes in window from side of curtain ( it’s still bright at 9 pm!) Good enough for one night stay.

All hotels/ guesthouses in Scotland are very expensive. The room was particularly small for the price but it was clean and well kept. The hangover from covid is the absence of any customer service which is a shame. Self check in and self check out. No breakfast, no contact The owners seemed irritated by our towel request when this was overlooked by the cleaner. Paying over £100 didn't feel justified in the end. It's not somewhere we'd return.
Such a disappointment, the room was small and old fashioned. Very little space for two people, and damp in the atmosphere. Towels never dried and had to shower and air dry as gettibg dried with a cold damp towel was no fun.
Check in security was pior, anyon can just walk in and pick up keys to a room , no staff around and when you rang the numbers for contact there was no answer from all three!
