"Thank you Casa Sotana! My daughter and I enjoyed this charming hotel right in the heart of the Central District (Centro). We walked and walked and walked, enjoying restaurants, museums, street parades, and chocolato, knowing we were always about 15 minutes from a quiet refuge. The roof top cafe was wonderful for breakfasts in the morning. "

"The staff are very accommodating and quick to address your needs. It was very clean and quiet and the rooms are an excellent size! With buetiful views of the mountain and valley. It's does seem to be a bit ruff round the edges but like I say it's very clean and very well priced for the area. The only thing we didn't like was that the shower would be cold untill 6:30pm onwards. We would most definitely stay again due to the fantastic staff, cleanliness, fantastic room size and views. "

"Staff very kind, place clean. However the hotel holds parties with loud music that can be heard from anywhere. Once the music was shut off at around 11:30 pm. The second time the loud music and noise was held until 1:30 am. I was pissed due to the lack of consideration from the management to the guests who need to have a quiet and restful night."
