"The hotel does not have parking on site and they have you wait out in the street where there is no place to park and check in before they give you instructions to where the parking is. Once they told us where the parking was it took a couple of minutes for the people to open the gate having us wait again in the street where there is no place to stop and the cars are constantly honking at you. The room was okay, clean and basic but the shower head was terrible the water would not come out equal and would splash everywhere not giving a constant flow. The terrace with the jaccuzi has a nice view but the water is just lukewarm not jacuzzi type hot. The restaurant closes at 4pm which is inconvenient if you want to eat something for dinner. The staff did not seem to want to help at all they kept refering to "on the reservation it states that" instead of helping and finding a solution."

"One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The walls are paper-thin, and you hear everything from your room. From the breakfast setup to the conversations on the terrace, it's impossible to sleep. I even asked the staff to move us or make other arrangements, but nothing worked."
