One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki while returning each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Every interaction with the staff reflected the warmth and care for which Japan is known. If you’re planning a visit to Kinosaki Onsen, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. "A good spot to stay in Kinosaki. The room itself was pretty outdated with an old tv - I really enjoy when hotel TV's have casting capabilities which this one did not. But the service and meals service was excellent, it's a self-serve buffet style dining which is great if you're a slightly fussy eater like myself. A little disappointed that the room view was blocked by netting for maintenance, which Inwas advised prior to arrival but after booking. I think some form of discount would have been nice for the inconvenience considering I had booked a river view room."
