"We had a lovely stay. Very friendly and helpful. We had a accessibility room because of my walking difficulties. And it was very big and well maintained. Only thing wrong in that bathroom was where the bin was as a disabled person I found it very hard to go under the sink and put my rubbish in the little bin. Maybe leave it near the toilet or out in the open so it's easier to reach. One other thing is maybe have 2 pillows on the bed. Our room had 1 pillow each we had to ask for extra. Everything else was wonderful. Breakfast was a basic buffet breakfast they are all the same, but it had plenty of choice. Fresh orange was very nice too. Will stay again. And we notice they have these hotels in different countries so may try them out in a different country. Well done everyone at Derby..."

"Staff very helpful as we had to change Club rooms as there was an issue with the toilet in our room. The room was changed in the afternoon, I did leave my new mains multi charger and lead for my apple phone in the room when I checked out but when I phoned the hotel up the next day it had not been handed into reception. I was not happy at all as my partner and myself were certain we left it there. There was also children jumping into the pool and using the jacuzzi when we used the facilities which is dangerous. These ared my only complaints about the hotel."

"Staff were super friendly, helpful and polite. I arranged some bits to be our room prior to our arrival for my wife’s birthday and this was super easy to do via email. Our room was beautiful, clean and bed was super comfortable. Wife is now enjoying the spa. Would definitely recommend this place to stay and relax."

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very polite, courteous and will help you in any way they can.
