"We had a great experience at Hyatt Downtown St. Paul. All the staff we interacted with were very nice, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful with the tall ceiling and drapes that open with the push of a button. Loved having two sinks in the bathroom. It was overall, a very quiet, peaceful stay, no thin walls where you can hear your neighbors having conversations… a huge plus! Breakfast was good and a nice variety. The only inconvenience was not having a microwave in the room but, they have one in the breakfast area we used. Parking was a little inconvenient as well, we opted out of paying $39/day for valet but, minimal street parking and other ramps are available. We found a garage for $4 on the weekends, which was very affordable and less than a block from the hotel entrance. "

"The overall experience of the hotel was amazing! The room was clean, we did have an issue with the smoke alarm being faulty but they helped asap with the issue. The staff was courteous and respectful, helping out with a dispute with expedia charging for the room and the system with pre-check in charging for the room as well.quick and easy matter to fix. Also the atmosphere was peaceful since we decided to come in during the slower season to enjoy a little vacation from home! 10/10 would book here again!"
