"A bit confusing at first with how to check-in. Mostly just because I had a hard time finding the door to the lobby, but smooth and easy once I found it. You get your room key (good ol' fashioned metal key) from what is basically a vending machine. :) Have you ever picked up your pizza from the Little Ceasar's Pizza Portal? Where you input your code, the door opens, and you get your pizza and crazy bread? Yep, just like that but you get your room key. Haha.
Stayed for just one night but was clean, comfortable, and cool (a/c running and set at a nice cool temp which was important because it was a scorcher). Will be returning at the end of the week when we'll be passing through again."
"After staying in 30+ hotels during our cross-Canada trip from BC to PEI/NS and back, this was about average compared to most properties we visited. The room was comfortable enough, though we noticed some humidity and a mild odour on the lower level room. The pool was closed during our stay, which was disappointing.
Breakfast was actually the highlight, as well as the woman running it, although the selection felt somewhat limited. The front desk experience was professional but not especially warm or welcoming when I had arrived vs others.
One thing that stood out was the unusually high damage deposit, which can add up quickly for families travelling from hotel to hotel.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but there is definitely room for improvement in hospitality, room freshness, and overall value for the price being charged, I would recommend staying here."
"The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Its an older place but it has a comfortable feel to it. You can see the it needs work but its clearn. Breakfast was great. I look forward to staying again."
