"Asked for a non smoking and they had us in a room that reeked of smoke. When i went back to the office she said my reservation was for a smoking room. I have never smoked in my life! No way would i do that. The lights didn't work the phone didn't work. She did find another room. The bed was as firm as a board! I was not happy with my stay."

"Lists a gym but theres a sign on the door that says it's closed. No hot water the first morning I was there, shade blinds were broken and stuffed above the window, there was light staining on the comforter as well. Front desk staff had an "oh well too bad, don't care" attitude about every issue. "
